Blockchain is designed to store transactions forever and the data can never be altered, thus a trustworthy system is created. However, you cannot store all on a Blockchain. The blocks are used to store only transactional data. It will be a disaster if big data such has large text file, picture and video content are stored on a blockchain. It wouldn’t make sense to store such data on centralized databases, either, as the content may be varied. Raymond Fu Founder of FileStorm, More than 20 years of IT experience. His main research interests include blockchain, big data, artificial intelligence, business intelligence, and enterprise-level software architecture. Raymond holds a bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University in Beijing and a master's degree in computer science from Georgia State University. In 2018, he joined MOAC blockchain in Silicon Valley to create the third-generation, multi-layer high-performance public chain. And then he founded and implemented the application of FileStorm.

FileStorm Alps is a mobile application of a personal storage cloud implemented with FileStorm. It provides basic file storing and retrieving services, as well as mining functions. In the subsequent version, audio and video playback, fingerprint, facial recognition and landing functions will be added to enhance the user experience comprehensively. FileStorm Alps is not only a cloud storage app, but also the foundation of a series of distributed applications in the whole FileStorm ecosystem in the future.

Validators
In order to enhance the impact of the FileStorm project,the FileStorm Foundation will recruit 121 supernodes to act as the generator and validator of blocks on FileStorm blockchain. They will also promote FileStorm. Most super nodes are enterprises.
Storage Node
On the FileStorm platform, storage nodes need to provide storage space for storing user files on the platform to receive FST rewards. Storage miners are given extra incentives based on how much space is used by on the platform. Through the reward and punishment mechanism, storage nodes guaranteed to be always available online.
Retrieval Node
In a peer-to-peer network, data needs to go through multiple nodes from the storage devices to the users. These nodes participate in the retrieval process. Users only need to download the corresponding StormChaser, install it and then undertaking a small pledge to start mining to gain revenue.
FST
FileStorm issued a token called FileStorm Token, or FST. FST is an ERC20 token on MOAC blockchain. It is transferable to COIN from FileStorm blockchain with a 1:1 rate. Validators and Miners for FileStorm are awarded with COIN, and users use COIN to purchase data storage and processing services. COIN and FST can be exchanged within FileStorm system at no cost. FST will be listed on multiple Exchange so it can be exchanged with other crypto assets.
